How do I submit a ticket?

We try to make ticket submission as easy as possible. Listed below are the current methods for submitting a ticket:

This is the quickest way. Please include any relevant information, such as room number, the type of service to be done, as well as any identifying information if the request is for a device (i.e. asset number)
